Hi kat! Naipalabas na ang Nobuta Wo produce sa QTV channel 11 last year. 2:30 ang timeslot niya so kung may school ka, hindi mo siya talaga mapapanood.

well.. if you don’t watch it being aired in GMA 7 then better yet don’t watch so you won’t get pissed.. duh.. you can always watch it in DVD or Internet sites… having it aired in local network is already a good sign that jdrama fever is spreading, and the possibility of japanese invasion(that means, there’s a possibiliy of Jband will go here)… don’t take me wrong, it’s their work so respect them

why did the gma 7 cut so many scenes in nodame cantabile, I think from may 20 it will be the last 3 episode s of nodame cantabile in gma but i think 3 days is not appropriate to air the remaining episode ( there so may remaining scenes pa)

Yes, I was uber disappointed too. I LOVE Nodame Cantabile and because I love it, I watched it’s first ep on GMA. The dubbing sucks and there were so many cuts. I really hope that the other channel will soon take notice of jdoramas.

Hi Wendy! GMA has aired a couple of Japanese dramas in the past including Hana Yori Dango, Hana Kimi and Gokusen to name a few. Right now I think they’re airing Gokusen 3. By the way, GMA has also bought One Liter of Tears, which would probably shown on primetime. We’ll probably write something on that drama soon.

Well, I’m only disappointed because of selfish reasons (none of which I’m inclined to disclose here). However, I think it’s great that ABS acquired the rights to air BOF since their dubbing would most likely be better and there’d be a bigger chance that the drama stars would visit the Philippines.
