While waiting for any news about Cyrus, KSS asks Chef Dina what really happened. Chef Dina tells her that Cyrus was on his way to stop her wedding when he met an accident.

Meantime, Eliza thinks about Kokoy who then surprises her from behind.

KSS wants to see Cyrus so bad so she and Chef Dina sneak into the operating room by pretending to be a nurse and a patient. They finally get to see Cyrus who’s fighting for his life at the operating table. Cyrus heart stops.

KSS tells Vincent that she can’t marry him because she’s still in love with Cyrus. She walks out of her wedding with Chef Dina to see Cyrus. They look for a ride but Vincent goes after them and offers to take them to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Ruiz consoles Hannah whom Cyrus left at the altar. Marcus informs them that Cyrus got into an accident and is in critical condition.

KSS imagines talking to the Virgin Mary about her problem. Vincent sees her and wonders why she’s talking on his own.

Des is still upset over Kokoy. She decides to break up with him. She goes to his house and says goodbye.

Cyrus and Hannah do their wedding rehearsal but Cyrus imagines KSS walking down the aisle instead.

Sonia brings home a pig that will be butchered for KSS’s wedding while Maureen shows them the newspaper article announcing the wedding.

Meanwhile, Cyrus reminisces the good times with Hannah but KSS keeps on cropping up on his mind.

Kokoy goes to Eliza’s house to bring the butcher’s knives his mom is lending Sonia. He sees Eliza. Eliza invites him to Kokoy’s wedding but she doesn’t respond.

KSS and Cyrus think about each other. She tries to call him but he’s too busy getting drunk. Cyrus finally answers his phone but KSS doesn’t respond. She just listens to his voice and hangs up.

Sonia is still upset over Dodong so she drinks with her friend.

The next day, Chef Dina tells KSS that she’s not happy with KSS’s decision to marry Vincent. KSS says she doesn’t have any choice.
