Korean boy group FT Island (Five Treasure Island) will be on Manila this coming March 6, 2010 to hold a concert showcase at the PICC Plenary Hall.  This is the first time that a Korean group will hold a solo performance after Shinee and Mighty Mouth performed last November 2009 for the 60th Anniversary of the Philippine-South Korea relations.

FT Island is composed of Choi Jong Hoon (vocals, guitar), Lee Hong Ki (main vocal), Lee Jae Jin (rapper, bass guitar), Song Seung Hyun (rapper, guitar) and Choi Min Hwan (drums.)  Lee Hong Ki is recently seen in the hit television drama You’re Beautiful as Jeremy, the cheerful drummer of faux group A.N.Jell.

Jung Yong Hwa aka Shin Woo-hyung from You’re Beautiful held a debut showcase with his band C.N. Blue at the KangNamGoo SeomYoo Centre yesterday, January 14, where they sang their single “Alone” to the delight of their long-awaiting fans.
