Dodong confesses to Sonia that he likes her but before she could respond, Cyrus arrives looking for KSS.

KSS is in the hospital to talk to Hannah. Hannah begs her not to take Cyrus away.

Meantime, Eliza goes to see Kokoy again and sees him with Des. Eliza apologizes for what she did while she was drunk but admits that she’s really in love with him. However, Kokoy continues to reject her and tells her it’s too late. He feels guilty for hurting her.

Cyrus apologizes to KSS for lying to her. He tells her that he still wants to marry her and that he’ll be responsible for his child. But Hannah tells him to marry her instead because she’s having his baby. She and KSS get into a fight again. KSS slaps Hannah who bleeds after falling. Cyrus takes her to the doctor leaving KSS who faints.

Meanwhile, Kokoy thinks about Eliza. Des surprises him and wonders why he seems to be distracted.

The doctor tells everyone that Hannah and the baby are safe. Cyrus goes to talk to Hannah alone.

The engagement party becomes a riot when Sonia and Mrs. Ruiz get into a fight again.

Cyrus walks out of the party and KSS follows him. She asks whether he slept with Hannah. Cyrus lies and tells her that nothing happened between him and Hannah.

While everyone is fighting, Eliza busies herself with the champagne.

While Eliza talks to Maureen about her problem with Kokoy, they get a call from KSS who announces her engagement to Cyrus.

Meanwhile, Cyrus informs Amber about his engagement with KSS. Amber is pleased that her uncle seems to be happy.

Mrs. Ruiz and Sonia are both distraught over KSS and Cyrus’s decision to marry. Cyrus’s mom reports to Hannah who is shocked to hear the news.

The next day, KSS still thinks that Cyrus has given up on her.

Sonia and Eliza go out and are shocked to see Cyrus slumped outside their gate. Eliza pities him and hands him a shirt. She wonders why he persists on doing everything for her sister but Cyrus tells her you’d do anything for the person you love. Eliza thinks about whether she’s capable of doing the same for Kokoy.

Cyrus calls Chef Dina to inform her that he won’t be able to come to the restaurant yet. He continues to do the chores while KSS bosses him around. Sonia brings him some food. KSS orders him to redo the laundry but Cyrus faints because of his high fever.
