After KSS treats Cyrus’s bruised lip, she tells him that she’s going back to the restaurant so that she could pay off her debt. Cyrus tells her that she doesn’t have to pay him back because he was the one who violated their contract.

Cyrus’s mom is pissed when she learns that KSS is still working at the restaurant. She asks Hannah why she hasn’t gone there yet.

Meanwhile, Eliza’s friend Ivy is getting jealous over Eliza who’s attracting more attention from their group.

Hannah approaches KSS and insults her. KSS imagines cutting off her tongue. Hannah and Cyrus leave while KSS and Harvey split the bill.

Sonia is still distraught over Eliza. She gets a hug from Dodong. KSS catches them in an awkward moment so Dodong pretends that he’s gay.

Meanwhile, Maureen’s husband and mother-in-law leave her alone in the house to go abroad. Eliza seizes the opportunity and asks Maureen if she could stay with her for awhile. She tells Maureen that she ran away from home because her mom found out about her fraud. Maureen agrees to let Eliza stay with her.

Aaron sees Eliza in school and notices that she’s depressed. She lies and tells Aaron that her mom is angry at her because she wants Eliza to accompany her to Europe.

KSS consults a doctor about getting a liposuction. She agrees to undergo the procedure but changes her mind when she sees the dirty bed and apparatus. She decides that she doesn’t need to change herself for someone else.

Eliza packs her things and decides to leave home. When Sonia arrives, she looks for Eliza and sees all her things are gone.

KSS tries to return the plane tickets that Cyrus gave her. Cyrus consoles her so KSS thinks that everything is well between them. She tells him that she thought she saw him with Hannah the other night. Cyrus, who’s now feeling guilty, tries to tell her the truth but his mom and Marcus show up.

Dr. Henry asks Hannah out for coffee but she refuses. He makes her feel guilty that he’s risking his medical license by pretending that she has cancer and then blackmails her so she would go out with him. Hannah halfheartedly agrees to go out for drinks.

After seeing Cyrus and Hannah getting inside a taxi, KSS tries to follow them but Maureen stops her.

At home, Sonia confronts Eliza about her fraud. She threatens to reveal the truth about Eliza to her friends.

Cyrus takes Hannah home and she asks him what he plans to do about KSS. Cyrus tells her that he’s just waiting for the right timing to end his relationship with KSS.
